Customer Service with this company is #1. I have had Select Home Warranty for over 3 years and am so HAPPY with them. They are patient, knowledge and always look for ways to make your experience the best one possible.

Our experience with Select Home Warranty has been limited. The two times that we have interacted with Select Home Warranty's Customer Service team we had very positive, professional, effective and efficient experiences. We have not had a claim yet to put to test how they handle and process claims, so we can't speak to that. We have set up our Homeowner/Customer Portal, and that seems easy to navigate.

Select Home Warranty gave us a great deal on renewing our policy. We have used the warranty to repair our AC unit. The first company they recommended didn’t respond at all. The second company responded quickly and the repairman was knowledgeable and prompt. I’m leaving 4 stars because it took a few days to get the repair since the first company didn’t respond.

I spoke with Fred and was pleased at his professional manner and knowledge. He was calm and informative in making me aware of available home warranty programs and promotions. The prices were attractive and convincing. We signed up for the 4year (get 6 years) of coverage. We feel comfortable with this decision.

Jake did an excellent job explaining the insurance plan and answered my questions thoroughly. He's a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson! Jake helped me explore several different payment plans and helped to find one that fit our family. Kudos to Jake!

Richard was great at communicating all plan options; Bronze, Platinum, and Gold. He explained in detail the difference not just in coverage but the cost. He also provided options for future renewals and potential cost savings.

Kyle was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He did not pressure me and that is so refreshing! Gave me great customer service and offered me multiple options. While I could not afford at this time a multiple yr plan, I will definitely look at it in the future.

Select Home Warranty helps me as a senior to be able to budget my finances so that I'm not caught off guard with unexpected costs of home repairs. To me that is super helpful.
