Bruce was awesome and was very informative in helping me find the right plan. Prices are affordable and competitive and there was some flexibility to negotiate as they want your business! In comparing other competitors, the coverages are just as good, and they even added a free roof coverage for me in the event I have any leaks.

I just wanted to thank Ryan for the help over the phone. Had some questions to make sure I was getting the right coverage and he answered them with no problem. If there is someone thinking about getting house warranty, it's something I would definitely recommend. Don't go through the hassle. Get warranty and forget about it.

Always friendly and courteous customer service reps. Coverage is very much like other top home warranty companies, but more affordable. And, unlike other services we've subscribed to, Select offers the option for monthly payments. Which is great for the home budget!

Signed up for the 5 year plan, guaranteed same price as long as I want. Prorated refund if not satisfied or moving. Hard to beat that. Save over my existing plan enough that it was an easy decision. Easy to set up. Professional phone call from start to finish.

The process of enrolling was very smooth and the person I spoke with, Jake, was very cordial and provided answers to my questions. He suggested a discounted two-year plan which I accepted. Sean was very helpful and upfront with every detail of my policy and what is/isn’t covered. Made it easy and made the most sense. I feel confident in being covered with my home warranty. My coverage is better than my previous coverage in both out of pocket costs and all that is covered. Being able to cover based on on total cap per year and not specific to how much I’m covered on 1 appliance makes it feel worth it.

I called in on June 12, 2025 and paid up front for 12 months and got two additional months. The plan would have to wait for 30 days and that was fine. I called in for the copy of contract and other information in case of a request for service. You provided it quickly and I was able to print.
