Excellent service. Professional and responsive. Zachary answered all my questions as well as inquiries for further discounts available such as senior citizen and multi year. I had a one year policy but decided a three year made more sense. Select was helpful and forthcoming in all discussion.

The customer service representative seemed very knowledgeable and a fairly painless process to enroll. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. I haven't had to make a claim since I just enrolled, but anticipate it being fairly painless as well.

My experience so far was excellent. Wayne who facilitated this application and followed up on it, was terrific. He explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions and there was zero pressure. I expected it to be like buying a car and it was anything but that. When I told him I wanted to think about it for a day or two. He honored that. The plan is much better than the one I've experienced before with Choice Warranty.
