The agent fully explained the details of the plan and the charges for the plan; and different options available. He explained how the claims process works. He explained what was included in the basic plan as opposed to the more expensive plans. The agent explained how the claims process works and that there is 24/7 claims processing available. The agent also explained what coverages were not part of the plan; and how to add optional coverage for different systems in the home.

Select Home was half the price of my current home warranty company, and they offered the same services. The customer service was excellent, and there was no hard selling, so the process was straightforward and honest.

He gave me about 3 more selections which was least expensive, but I refuse. My husband wasn't home. So I should stay with the first one and I did. Corey made opening our account soooo EASY and simple, he was the best. The other reps I spoke with were pushy and kind of had an attitude when I asked questions. Corey handled it all in 2 seconds. He made sure to answer all of my concerns and honor the rate I was promised. We came from AHS and they upsurged us soooo much and lied all the time. We're hoping Select is nothing like them.

Called to renew 3 years contract. I was happily surprised that the cost actually went down from 3 years ago (rare thing these days), and they offered a promotion on a lower service fee. Fast and easy. I decided to renew my contract since it had paid for itself in the course of the last 3 years. Not a perfect service, but it still seems to be the best around.
