Mike was great. No pushing the product to buy. We determined the best warranty for my needs. We only needed appliance coverage. We do not have central air plus plumbing coverage. This was a perfect solution.

He assured me there were plenty of technicians in my area as well as informed me as to how to handle transactions where I have a long time technician who understands my systems when I would like to use them.

The rep was extremely pleasant. He made sure I had all the relevant promotions that resulted in financial discounts which I appreciate. The rep made sure the policy selected would cover my home and meet its needs.

Tony G. was informative and direct with the policy and our questions! He stated how the policy covered internal and external items such as sewage, electrical lines, gas lines and such. We decided to pay 1 time per year and he took our information over the phone. He also explained the 30 day wait period and gave us his personal work email address and direct phone number. Thank you!

I previously had Homeserve with 28 OK policies. Was very difficult to deal with this company and didn't fulfill their obligation to the policies we had so we ditch them and went with a five star company. Hoping for the best. So far so good.

I've been with Select Home Warranty for several years now and they do not disappoint. They are fairly priced. And whenever I call I always get an answer. I'm not on hold for long at all. And the people that they send out are usually really good at what they do.
